Thanks you all! The property is neat; good-sized rooms; very clean bed. The food offer is good. It has absolutely perfect location easy to get a bus to sea front, in a calm area. There is nearby Red Chillies Indian Takeway to grab some food for the dinner.

Lots of parking spaces. The city centre is very easy to reach by bus!
Wifi only good in the lobby. (but was also communicated in this way). The hotel and furniture are getting on in years and it smells a bit stale,

Unfortunately at breakfast very bad service: no welcome, no taking of the order, the breakfast was not ready in time at 8.00 am.
The bedding at breakfast. The shower - it had almost no pressure. BUT: the portuguese concierge was extremely nice and friendly and made the whole thing a little bit neat.

The receptionist was super cute, and my double room was quiet and well decorated. The bed was really comfortable with fresh bedding. The hotel is conveniently located just out of the city centre. I loved the various recreational opportunities available.

The location is great, very close to a lovely cafe. The staff at the reception were super polite and helpful. We really enjoyed the continental breakfast, even if it lacked butter. The coffee was hot and tasty! We appreciated that they served us wine, even after the bar had closed. It was a good experience!
the shower could use some improvement.

Location
No lift poor direction to room, having to wait 15 minutes to key to room at 10 pm after coming back from evening meal. Room not clean. Overpriced. Water burning hot in shower & sink
